With 14 years of post MD experience, Dr Haji has special interest and received training in ECMO ( Singapore ) at NUHS under guidance of Dr Graeme Maclaren (an author of ELSO Red book of ECMO ). She specializes in ECMO & solid organ transplant anesthesia and critical care management of patients with organ failure, pre and post transplant.
Dr Haji has worked with tertiary care institutes like Fortis (2008-2011) and Global hospitals (2011-2015), as a consultant for over 8 years and is experienced in every supra major case of most specialities. She has spent the last two years at NUH, Singapore, an ELSO recognised high vol centre, where she handled a variety of ECMO cases with different reversible indications, with highly gratifying outcomes.
Dr Jumana Haji's primary skills include all types of invasive lines airway management ultrasound guided blocks and line insertions. Familiar with advanced monitoring systems like BIS entropy TEG ROTEM Flotrac PICCO Transthoracic ECHO (certified) and TEE.
